You need to be corrected on several things you stated that were misleading, inaccurate and misrepresentative of the facts.

Why do you need to rely on the assistance of two other posters here to find out the new O/S count after RH cancels 13,975,000 shares on or before the 15th of this month?

Don't you trust the information Mr. Stalt gives you personally?

If it makes you feel any better, enlist the help of twenty or thirty other posters to verify Mr. Stalt's information after the cancellation of 13,975,000 shares.

Regardless of how many posters you enlist to call Mr. Stalt, the numbers will not change in your favor.

The amount of O/S shares remaining after the cancellation of 13,975,000 shares on or before December 15th will be in the 85M range or 85,XXX,XXX give or take a hundred thousand or so shares.

You may quote me and cross reference me if you like.

And whether the actual numbers are verified by Stalt on or before Dec 15th OR within a couple days later will not change the fact that RH will once again be publicly proving he has kept his word about cancelling shares....twice, to be exact.

The last time RH promised to cancel shares from the treasury, the share count was 127M verified by Stalt Transfer Agency and Rh subsequently cancelled 41.8M shares, verified by Stalt.

I am very confident that Mr. Stalt will be verifying the cancellation of an additional 13,975,000 shares within approximately the next 5 or so trading days.
