One thing is clear here. If RH again reduces the o/s this week and we end up being at 85 or 88 million (with the 3 million of CL) and somebody is still coming out here and states that this company is a scam then obviously it's clear what their intent is here and that a few parties are interested to bash this company no matter what.

That would be the first pink sheet scam company with under 90 million shares o/s and the first pink sheet scam which holds up rather nicely while all this afterhour selling is ongoing. It would also be the first pinkie scam which reduces the o/s twice. No matter what the detractors say, nobody would do that if it's a scam. It's clear that some kind of share exchange between whom ever is going on.

Ah, but you're refusing to face up to the fact that the O/S count is increasing, and RH is the only one who can increase it. So what's this?

I do think that buying back and canceling shares now is illogical. I expect the O/S to remain more or less unchanged by the 15th. Only 5 days to go!
