We know this is patently untrue, simply because the O/S is increasing continually throughout the weeks. The previous shell owner may have x million of shares, but him selling those shares into the market will not change the O/S, just the float (incidentally gagged). Someone is running the share printers, and he is definitely not the previous shell owner.
