He's Not Blaming You For Hurting DLAV

He is citing you on your insistence on trying to hurt this board as a measure of the man who would stand here tonight and pretend that nothing really all that bad happened here over the last three days, that you misread the filings even as you gloated you were the only one credible to do so, that you cannot accept that DLAV has a chance to be a turnaround darling and could lose the CD's given some luck and persistence.

You are still making arguments about why it won't work, that they are behind the game now, late for it, that their business plan sucks. And you are still running around on other boards dissing this play and the people in it.

Your rhetoric here indeed has caused all of us to dig deeper, but you have no right to come in here and be uncivil and then tell us that if we are civil to you that you will be civil back. What a selfish, self centered, arrogant, egotistical ass you have been to us. We would have gladly talked to you had you not stormed in here the way you did. You chased off several people that did believe in this company before you showed up. I hope you can live with that on your conscience. True you may not affect the long term potential of the stock price.

The extent to which you are bashing DLAV on other boards shows that you as a non-shareholder are attempting to negatively influence the price and goes well beyond a reasonable debate confined to this board.

Total BS...by any standards. You had better be careful about your approach, you never know who is watching. It is a very litigous society we live in and the SEC loves getting headlines off posters like you.
