Does every opinion need to be positive? I sent an email to Matt asking him to ban me. The temptation to continue posting here is to high for me and I can admit to that.

I have strong opinions about Companies that do PIPE deals having been burned several times. Fringe, you have been on plays with me in the past. I am the biggest pumper of all when I like something. You know I'm not a habitual "basher" but I do have strong opinions. I think my arguments hold some merit whether you agree with them or not. Time will prove me right or wrong. This is my last post on DLAV.

fringe says it well , also the pipe financing when paid off won't turn toxic like chartlatan pointed out. Sure if Webda doesn't become as big as projected and notes not paid off then this would be a mess. Since Webda is cheaper and more efficant, thus the NEXT GEN CRM

defination:
WebDAV, an abbreviation that stands for Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning, refers to the set of extensions to the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) which allows users to collaboratively edit and manage files on remote World Wide Web servers. The group of developers responsible for these extensions was also known by the same name and was a working group of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF).

The protocol's aim was to make the Web a readable and writable medium, in line with Tim Berners-Lee's original vision. It provides functionality to create, change and move documents on a remote server (typically a web server or "web share"). This is useful for, among other things, authoring the documents which a web server serves, but can also be used for general web-based file storage that can be accessed from anywhere. Important features in WebDAV protocol include locking (overwrite prevention), properties (creation, removal, and querying of information about author, modified date, etc.), name space management (ability to copy and move Web pages within a server's namespace) and collections (creation, removal, and listing of resources). Most modern operating systems provide built-in support for WebDAV. With the right client and a fast network, it can be almost as easy to use files on a WebDAV server as those stored in local directori
