sugar, from the 14c it says

o As a result of the reduction of the Common Stock, the pre-split total of issued and outstanding shares of 99,999,539 shall be consolidated to a total of approximately 999,996 issued and outstanding shares (depending on the number of fractional shares that are be issued or cancelled).

maani that ought to be clear enough. the 1 for 10 didn't
happen and is superceded by the 14c.

thanks for your input I appreciate it, im trying to figure things out, They did give a date for the r/s to be January 4th I believe, thats what was in the filing the other day. I might just try my best to stay with this one long term, I think it easily has the potential to go to dollars and uplist, im trying to pump it, its jmo I wish you well,
