It is not cristal clear to me, that the 1x10 R/S to the Old Shares as of Record the date of the R/M, will not be accomplished with an Ex-Date, prior to the 1x100 R/S that will affect the New shares distributed to the Chinese, for the R/M, and will also affect the shares already Reverse Splitted by 1x10.

That is why I say that volatility is HUGE,... because the R/S CANNOT happen during the trading sessions, but can happen overnight.

I would have made a +100% Flip, today, even if tomorrow there is a possibility of going higher.

I will wait until the dust settles, myself.

I was going to make a flip, today, but finally bought some IYXI with that cash.


About the Dilution you are suggesting, I don't think they want or need to dump shares at market, thus diluting themselves as well.

The new A/S will be used to buy assets to make the company grow faster and faster.

No FLOAT Dilution will occur, and only 50,000 shares will be available in the float, after the 1x100 R/S. I might buy a coupple of them, LOL.
