In a recent post I asked if you remembered the content of a paragraph dealing with certain restrictions on the ability to sell by certain insiders and within certain time frames....These paragraphs were from one of your postings concerning 144 regulations....
I was able to locate the information and essentially it says that FOR INSIDERS,even after a 2 year period they are indeed limited to the amount of shares they may sell...and that limitation restricts the proposed sale to 1% of the outstanding shares or the average daily volume over the prior 4 weeks ...The rule that will apply is the one offering the largest figure....I'm afraid that HRCT , with some 170 million shares would easily allow for some real liquidation and consequently offers no deterrent against future sales
