RH promised to cancel 41.8M shares from the treasury and he fulfilled that promise.

RH promised a name change and he fulfilled that promise.

RH promises to have the total O/S to be at or below 85M shares by cancelling 13+M shares on or before December 15th.

The company is restricted from publicly providing SEC ready audited financials until mid January.
