I'man, they wanted to be ABLE TO SELL if the opportunity was right. It doesn't mean that they WOULD sell. Its all in the interpretation. Geesh, are you going to beat this to death again today !!!

YOUR PERCEPTION MAY BE ENTIRELY CORRECT, BUT..

I see it as they wanted to be ready to sell and wanted unencumbered shares...and you know, in that regard, are they no different than you or I.....We really can't in all honesty say they would all have sold all their holdings, can we? They certainly rushed to file and they are hot looking at those paper profits I'm sure which should make one wonder just what could have for stalled their initiative to close out...Just what could the HRCT management suggested that would have made them hold....
