Why should the company even concern themselves with who buys their shares, long, short or indifferent, to say that the company will only reward loyal believers is such a ridicules statement, how can they discriminate on who buys shares?
This whole twisted, convoluted get shorty scheme is so laughable there is no wonder so many don’t believe the story. This company and any other for that matter has a fiduciary duty to act if the share structure has been compromised to retain shareholder value. This could have been done simply by recalling all shares in the system and sorting out the problem, but no that would have been way to easy to accomplish which leaves an underlying agenda.
