There just isn't enough $ vol. to make me think the company is buying.
With the sp so low.....even a 100m in vol. is not a lot of money.
Also...I believe and have always believed the company does not want the sp to go up until all the longs have taken as many shares away from flippers, day traders or anyone else they don't want in the foundation...whether that be Jack Brown or the guys making threats of SEC complaints or????
I also believe they want as many shares as possible to be certed out of the US market so they can better determine the extent of the phantom share problem....and how best to proceed against the B/Ds involved. The only way to do that is for faithful shareholders to buy up the float and cert out their shares. The only way to do that is to grind the sp into the ground so heavily invested and cash strapped longs can buy up the remaining shares. At the same time flippers and day traders who are only in pnms to make a quick buck when the exchange goes live will get squeezed out one by one. As the sp continues to go down the toilet...they will, one by one, dump their shares....convinced it was all a scam...longs will buy them up and cert them out. With the vol. being moved these days.....I think the float must be getting pretty small? We should see some real action very soon.
I do believe the co. will do a share buy back...but only after the US market is emptied and they have a chance to deal with the phantom share issue. They simply don't want to do anything that will benefit the bashers and flippers who could care less about the company. All they care about is making a fast buck.
That is just not what Panamersa and the Foundation are all about.
