NOK actions could anger the judge after the judge agreed to consolidate NOK with Samsung only for NOK to now ask for a stay pending contract arbitration that has nothing to do with Samsung. Throw in the delay requested by NOK regarding the French law expert availability, and you may have a very unhappy ALJ. Could the ALJ at minimum reverse the consolidation and proceed with Samsung only?
