I don't think everyone should panic and desperately start calling their broker over this but it is worth taking note of and adding it to one's evaluation of the potential. Analysts will often call insiders to ask what is going on when 144's are filed but I don't speak Chinese nor do I have enough HRCT stock left to justify staying up to call China even if I knew how to reach these guys. It is one of the disadvantages of investing in a foreign company as well as one that ananlysts or reporters will not dig into for us.
