I'm thinking Apple might want it for DVR, but to really move, we would have to see TiVo scared of these findings. Someone in the news has to publicly state.
a) Burst has legal rights to patents b) DVR patents are worth $X per year
And then speculate on the possibilities. THEN the stock will FLY! So keep an eye out for that.
