I agree. All this legal manuvering(sp?) takes time. Many on this board want things right now. It doesn't happen like that. We will proceed with haste as is legally possible I'm sure.

while the war is being waged against the old and new board how bad is it going to hurt the stock and production, will everything be put on hold or frosen. Will there be any more stock issued?
