I know. It's not that costly, like going from the OTCBB to the NAS. It really isn't that big a deal. Heck, they could have taken a portion of the shares they paid ICEMAN and given it to their attorneys to do this. I just hope they don't start handing out millions of shares to every person they come in contact with professionally without thinking about what they are getting in return. It would should seem that they would have better benefited giving 3.5mil shares for the purpose of getting off the pinks than for the purpose of starting a pump of the stock price at this point. The company needs to be more wise. THey need a little guidance from legitimate consultants about how to run a public company efficiently and build shareholder value in the process.
moving from the pinks to the otc requires them to become a fully reporting company with timely filings to the SEC. Pretty simple stuff with the right accountants.
