Can someone explain what could possibly
be the big deal in going from the pinks to the OTCBB?
In my opinion it is just springing for better accountants
and lawyers.
There are thousands of OTCBB companies with no real cash flow
to speak of so it's not that.
And the Nintendo thing, I think maybe they just don't wanna be bothered with the filings.
