Regardless of how many shares we end up getting it would only be worth something if the price goes up from there - and I havent seen Bob pull off that trick yet! If a divy comes most will likely bail immediately in order to recoup some of their RSHN losses. And the APRU SP will tank.

It certainly looks that way. Who in their right minds would buy a stock at $.30 ask and suffer an immediate 50% paper loss (bid $.15)?** However, 'kiters' would have much to gain with follow through dilution, so this might be considered a small expense. Anyhow, so far, the whole RSHN/APRU affair smacks of total manipulation and sleight of hand, in my book.
