It certainly looks that way. Who in their right minds would buy a stock at $.30 ask and suffer an immediate 50% paper loss (bid $.15)?** However, 'kiters' would have much to gain with follow through dilution, so this might be considered a small expense. Anyhow, so far, the whole RSHN/APRU affair smacks of total manipulation and sleight of hand, in my book.
** Pardon me. That's old hat to RSHN buyers (.0001 x .0002).
