I actually had my outside source state what he thought to be the terms, but that was two or three weeks ago and I've forgotten the fine details. I do, however, seem to remember something having to do with .50. I'm thinking that was possibly some warrants included at that price. Can't remember, but I, too thought that it was really good terms for the present shareholders. In fact, it made me feel really good that that we could get a price that good for restricted shares. Of course, I believe the private placement investors will do well, as I expect Blast to be a ten bagger from here by this time next year. That's really just my opinion with a little wishful thinking mixed in, but I do think it's got a 50-50 chance of making it to that level.
