The funding terms are fantastic IMO.

I am not sure if I would be causing any trouble to relay what the Term Sheet says though. I'll leave it to someone who knows what can and can't be stated in a public forum.

I know the mimimum is more than I would want to or should I say could get in with right now.

It's my opinion that if someone aquired otc shares of BESV at .30 or less that they would be getting as good (or better)a deal as the funding terms offer.

It seems the BESV train car is hooked on to a rather strong funding engine at this time. ( Not to mention the plan B funding. )
