Even if they had a natural gas price realization that averaged $5.50 per thousand cubic feet(Mcf) that would only give them a pre-tax profit of $20K per month on this well. This of course, assumes a consistent flow of 14 Mcf per day for the well and a relatively low cost of extraction and transportation. Hardly anything to get excited about.
We need to know what is going on with the flowing oil sands project (i.e., independent seismic analysis) as that is what's going to make the Company stock skyrocket or sink into abyss. Again, just sharing my thoughts...
