3months dropped to just over 3%. That means that those ARMs 6 months ago are getting readjusted down. I don't think it is going to help holiday buying much. There were some amazing deals in the stores. I picked up a few 4GB Sandisk cards at CircuitCity for cheap. I mean almost 90% off retail.
