huh care to post the proof he lied on the app.....lordy good thing your NOT a fact checker......even in the letter it says NO such thing.......GTEM was NOT under investigation at the time.....SY was under investigation which GTEM was helping in.....read the letter again.......the ins companies are clearly back pedaling.....note that they orginally tried NOT to pay....oops.....got to do a little duck and cover.....NO where in the letter does it ever say GTEM was being investigated by the SEC......its says GTEM was involed in the above investigation....which was about insider trading involving SY.....if i'm the witness to a crime....i will be involved in the investigation.....does NOT MEAN i'm the criminal.....which is what the ins is trying to claim.....since that was in may....as far as we know GTEM said thats bull and fought that ruling and as far as we know the ins changed their minds again......i have pointed this out numerous times know.....won't post it again.....facts are facts......at this point we really have no idea were the ins stands....at a min there is 2 mil left to pay the fines.....should be plenty.....but really won't know until we get there.....this is the end of this topic......unless u just like to babble on endlessly about which u don't know.
