They are referring to "GlobeTel's atmospheric arsenal" as the quote "CLEARLY" states.
And wouldn't you also agree, that to refer to "ONE" inept "demonstrator", in need of "over-haul", that hasn't accomplished "any" of the important tasks set out for it,
to refer to this as an "atmospheric arsenal"... is a joke!
