i almost forgot employer contributions to employee's federal taxes, insurance, and uncle sam's (please not aunt hilliam) share as well. $40-$50K per month gross leaves the real net looking real gross.

You are mostly correct... sorry. It is $45 - $50K per month.
It is $1.2 million / year per store in year one
It is $1.4 million / year per store in year 2
It is $1.8 million / year per store in year 3

But the Profit is what is left after subtracting ocst of the wholesale items, rent, clerk hire (pay for employees), electricity, air conditioning and I hope taxes as well. If not - then it is not profit. At weeks end many supermarkets add it all up and find out if the week was in the red or in the green. If it is in the red - they cut back on the clerk hire or fire the manager or both. The profit is after accounting for spoilage etc. If Dez is only telling us the difference between the wholesale price and the price he marks it as (99 cents) and how many he sells per month - then that tells us nothing about if the store makes a profit or a loss and I DON'T THINK THAT IS HOW THEY CALCULATE THAT - because they will be using that money to open stores so it has to be substantial (42 %).

Well this is my limit on nmber of posts - thanks for the correction - BUT THE PRICE PER SHARES ESTIMATES I MADE ARE VALID BECAUSE THEY ARE BASED ON $1.5 MILLION PER STORE AVERAGE OVER THE 3 YEARS AND NOT BASED ON THE ERROR I MADE OF $50,000 PER WEEK WHEN DEZ SAID $50,000 PER MONTH AS YOU SAID CORRECTLY.

imho

perhaps des and the brola's should move into more urban locations:

The United States is an urbanized nation, with 80.6 percent of its population residing in cities and suburbs (The United States Census Bureau) i think that a city is designated as 100,000+

the top 10 cities + metro areas population (listed in order of most populous city, not metro area, but total includes metro area:
name.........metro....city
NY...........18.7M....8.1
LA...........12.9.....4.3
chicago......9.4......3.1
houston......5.2......2.0
philly.......5.8......1.5
pheonix......3.7......1.5
san ant......1.8......1.3
san diego....2.9......1.3
dallas.......5.7......1.3
san jose.....1.7......1.0
total.......67.8......25,247,504

that's right, the ten largest american cities are home to 25M+ people (8.33%) and their metro areas are home to 67.8M people (22.6% of the population.
