Yes - HSDPA has implementations in both FDD and TDD modes. Most of our contributions have been made to the TDD side, and following on with the HSDPA contributions.

Agreed. IF the need for UMTS-TDD becomes clearer and more urgent, then it is better for IDCC. IDCC will have a stronger leverage (bigger club; a 4x8 maybe) to sign up licensee.
