100% correct imo. and i wish i could put it together so beautifully as you have.

its all a big money making machine. the aquistions make no profit, but its great for pumping a shell on the market to line the pockets of those "friends" of the insiders.

The Hackett Purchase ------ He told the shareholders that he would let it go forward with out Certified Audits and that 1 1 1/2 M would be paid as a DP -- Keyword --- (would) - I would like to see a copy of that check to Old Man Hackett for 1 1/2 M -- Doesn't exist IMO - Is the Money in Escrow? Could be! But -- When Audits are done, Tom can simply say that they are not to his approval and the Escrow Money will be returned to him.

When you first went ballistic a couple of months ago I thought it was sour grapes. It turned out you were mostly right though.

I'm afraid you might be right this time too.

P.S. It was funny to see everyone cheer your return here after that 1st emotional explosion and then expulsion.

Ok Drac lets take a minute to digest some of what you say in this post.

I say...You can spin it your way if you dont put the whole quote in...which is he signed off on the deal as he was informed that as a fully reporting company he no longer had to wait for the audits to close the deal..the audits came under the 60 - 75 day rule. And he cloed by saying he would still publish the 8-K after the audits were completed..pay off will be there for you to look at.

3. You say....But he will take Millions more from us before D-Day

3. I say...Seems like a slip of the toung here..you are bashing the stock,,but in order for it to be "Millions more from US" you must be back in...So thru all of your research that shows this is a SCAM you bought more, so he could steal from US, which includes you? My you must be easy to dupe.

4. You say... New Acquisition - Which we all know will be another Cornell Financed GS Company --- All of them are So Debt Laden that I am sure they have the same Terms as this one - or similar

I say....This is the easy one...if you read the entire collection of 8-K and share holders PR you will see this debt is going into Green Shift...Tom's plan, which has not been made public yet so yours and mine is all speculation, but his plan is to go into a partnership with Clean Tech and Agrifuels..the Cornell debt will be in Green Shift...

So Drac from you deceptive remarks way back when, when you used the Wise Buy name to start a domain you claimed you did to Protect the Wise Buy name for Tom, until a month or so ago when you and Nello and a few others dumped your shares and you and them screwed us by driving the PPS down til now when you are most interested in scaring folks into selling so YOU and your group and scoop us shares and make anothr KILLING when this goes up "I say" Go suck some blood else where cuz you are Busted as the PHONEY you are...have a good day.
