The Hackett Purchase ------ He told the shareholders that he would let it go forward with out Certified Audits and that 1 1 1/2 M would be paid as a DP -- Keyword --- (would) - I would like to see a copy of that check to Old Man Hackett for 1 1/2 M -- Doesn't exist IMO - Is the Money in Escrow? Could be! But -- When Audits are done, Tom can simply say that they are not to his approval and the Escrow Money will be returned to him.

When you first went ballistic a couple of months ago I thought it was sour grapes. It turned out you were mostly right though.

I'm afraid you might be right this time too.
