I think you misinterpret the $.25 "thing", these are usually "failed trades" that went nowhere. I had a string of two days, early in the week where I could not do anything right, but then, this morning, NVEC gave me an early psychological lift with a $2 opening gain, that led to a string of good plays there (even though, I committed a misstep and I needed to "double up", always a sign of an erring entry) leading to an octa plus, only one of those plays was a $.25 gain (and that was extrication from that NVEC error). I think those early wins, paint the rest of day in a better color and help maintain good momentum. Actually, apart of the good plays on NVEC and the bu$$, the lunch tactics was a miserable failure, and I failed to stay and take the whole pound of flesh in COCO as well. But, when you have more than one play going, there is a better chance that at least some trades are in "stride".
