Watch out. Eric might come after you. That would be, "David Chen" that I think you are trying to refer to. . .and he never did anything for HRCT other than "turn it around" . . .as many would say. And when "turning it around" comes into mind, the only thing I saw "turn around" during Chen's rule was watching the stock price go south.
