tbird, my suspicion is that he hasn't lied about EVERY thing; he's just gotten things so entangled that we might well be bankrupted before we're able to figure out where all the threads go. Honestly, based on events from last week, I would love to be able to plunk down 400 bucks for 10,000 shares, but my sober cost-benefit thoughts (made less sober by two days of watching college football and basketball) suggest that we haven't seen anything yet that necessarily bodes well for the long-term survivability of this company. As crazy as this sounds, I wonder if there's a way the company could convince a business school to take BDGR as some kind of doctoral project, where we are paying grad students (really sharp folks looking for careers in high-level accounting/insurance actuaries, etc.) some kind of bargain rate to go through everything in the company and to try to disentangle it as part of a doctoral project or dissertation. Crazy? Hey, I almost had a root canal done for about 300 bucks, performed mostly by a dental surgeon in the process of getting newly minted, and needing the job as some kind of graduate requirement. Maybe we can do something of the sort with Black Dragon, and save ourselves tens of thousands of dollars in the process.
