When evaluating an investment option, you need to look at the past of a company. Telling others just to overlook bad PAST decisions is ludicrous.
Another thought, there is a serious pump here in the forum, any time someone says it smells like a rose, you are going to get others saying it smell like a pile of DOG s**T.
Tom has been striking out lately, and valid points are being made. The buying a shell with massive CD's is going to be a tough one for many to swallow, and buying from a buddy has a smell of it's own. Lots of un-named people in the last 10q as well, things are hidden in SWVC, why the blanket, transparency is as thick as mud.
