Do you even read the SEC filings? If so, tell me how of the debt remains and whether or not the shell was a bad idea. Also, what's so tough about seeing a shell as part of a larger plan? Do you honestly think TS is stupid enough to run the old shell w/o assistance? If so, you're missing the major points of debt xfer in the 10Q.
Also, I am not pumping. I am just trying to get people to read the filings and make better arguments. Don't get me wrong, I am a long, but you need to do some DD as to support your comment.
