Check out how long USXP was operating before it got nailed. Years.

Instead of using the argument you presented in your post, why not simply ask what evidence is there taht any of SLJB's PRs were true.

Did they expand into Calgary ? maybe for about 3 months until their landlord wanted rent money, lol. Funny how there's been no news from SLJB since late June ....

SLJB claiming PWC or KPMG were their auditors turned out to be 100% false.

"Date certain of Nov 15th 2006" turned out to be 100% false (maybe more since they PR'ed it more than once, lol).

How many false PRs do you need ?

wonder tho, how it could be that IF all of these PR's have been false, how any of the current management could still be walking around today, and not be in federal prison? Seems to me that IF the OSC/SEC/any other fed agency had any evidence of wrongdoing AT ALL, they certainly would've had someone behind bars by now with no bail set for fear of flight
