If there were one PR that was an "oops" in that it was jumping the gun or an announced deal fell through, then that *may* be forgivable. But to issue so many that were complete fiction ("I have the audited financials in my hand", "Sulja made $15m profits on $63m revenue", "Sulja has completed deals for lots-o-cement in the Middle East", etc.) is clearly fraud from a scam company.
