Ward: that is true but who is to say they couldnt persue both at the same time. In two years time both things should have been resolved. We still are missing the biggest piece of the puzzel and thats how much they are actually paying in royalties. Cash starved yes they knew that coming in to this situation but what group takes over a company without a cash strategy or even injection of their own funds. Doesnt look like they had such a plan.
