If they get some substantial sales subsequent AT&T Solutions Certification of the GSM version, then they may well choose to start pursuing the patent again. At this point however, getting the certifications was much more important to try and avoid bankruptcy. You have seen in the financials for the last 2 years that the cash situation was bad, very bad. Would you rather they ran into bankrupty pursuing a patent on the Cyber Tracker and shut the doors without ever being able to sell the GSM version since that is the most prevalent version both internationally and here in the U.S.?
