Just because they filed the 10Q three days later last time doesn't mean they'll do so this time. It could happen, but I'm expecting it may take a little longer this time because of the recent news.
Also, the O/S is only 80 million. They would have to file a form with the SEC to increase the O/S, unlike a pinksheet stock which can add to the O/S at any time as long as they are under the A/S.
