Do you think they'd include it in the 10Q or just summarize it all in an accompanying PR? I'd also like to see what the o/s is. I'm assuming its around the 100 million mark or thereabouts. Since it was 70 million as of August 1st and they added 10 million in September (for employee stock incentive plan), not sure if it would've been necessary to issue anymore shares since they've had growing sales to fund the business ($600K to date). I'm assuming anywhere between 80 mil - 120 mil. I would be very happy with that.
