The sad part is if Fred does produce a quarterly statement (which I doubt) it will be focused on the last quarter which ended in September. There is nothing to report!

Now he can get a better up tick on the PPS if he produces the Shareholder Letter (I expect) because he can continue the recent hype which is not verifiable in any way.

Either way they will continue to dilute.

Cheap

Honestly thats the beauty of why we are all here. Think about it if sales do come to fruition then we will all benefit. And if not then the upside to that is we all shared this experience as a team, aside from having a wonderful deduction for years to come. LOL.

Cheap: I also have no ...

... confidence in management. We need to keep checking the AT&T website to see if they are telling the truth this time about certification.

I'm much more concerned about patenting then certification. You can certify devices all day long but what concerns me is this item isnt even "patent pending" it looks more like someone else owns the patent and HISC is acting like they own the product. While someone else owns the pantent most of the profits will go to them not this company. Isnt obtaining the patent more important then the certifications??? Yet they've been very secrative on saying anything about the patent itself. Without know the arrangement there is almost no way to assess how much profit the company actually makes on these units and how many would constitute a "profitable" sale. One thing i've learned about these stocks is if you ignore red flags and focus on the "positives" you get burnt. Mark this post. ;)
