The sad part is if Fred does produce a quarterly statement (which I doubt) it will be focused on the last quarter which ended in September. There is nothing to report!

Now he can get a better up tick on the PPS if he produces the Shareholder Letter (I expect) because he can continue the recent hype which is not verifiable in any way.

Either way they will continue to dilute.
