They must not do fax promotion, because if they did they were fools by not extending the faxes over a longer period of time to continue the momo.

They had everything going.
Daytraders jumped in based on charts.
Average daytrade time is 2 to 3 days unless volume continues.

MP failed to provide that much needed extended volume pump.

It is probably better to ask what event caused the price to increase. NVEI paid Market Pulse to promote the stock with PRs that contained no new information. The stock was promoted heavily by Market Pulse as both a telecom company and a movie company. The price went up as a result. It is my belief that this was done to offer the financing "investors" a way to sell their newly registered shares into some shareprice strength. Now that the promotion is complete, the stock has begun to resume its pre-pump price level.

There are plenty of good, real reasons for the price to go down. No need to look for artificial ones.

I actually believe there is something going on with that rule with nvei. The average investor might not ever know though. Lets watch the last of March or just March and see!

To suggest that NVC sells for 25 cents a share because it is being shorted and manipulated is just plain stupid. It is selling for 25 cents a share because it has no product, it has few revenues ( and even those are being siphoned away ) it has never fulfilled a tech timeline or promise........ ETC ETC ETC.
I am sorry but each time I read a post suggesting outside influences are to blame for NVC's situation it makes me crazy. People , PAY ATTENTION ! NVC is responsible for its own situation. There 'aint no bully beatin' NVC up !!! This is a self inflicted gunshot wound !!!
