I will speculate on something that might be positive!

NVEI stock price was increasing from low 20's up to 0.35-0.36
Stock price started decreasing about the same time
frame that the SEC announced that their would be a delay
in implementing the new short sale rules from February 20 th
until April 1st.

Hhhmmmmmnnnnn. Maybe this is a coincidence.

Sure does make me wonder.

Other peoples thoughts on this. Is their some other event
which may have caused the stock price to decrease?
