Paul's latest Q&A:
The successful sale of the SWARM license to 141 Capital could mean that Spooz will achieve a profitable Q4 2007.
My opinion:
Spooz will register revenues for Q4 but will also be profitable too, thats excellent! Thats also why I still believe in this stock. People need to zoom in on the expected numbers for Q4 if everything goes as expected.
You will be in for a great surprrrrrrrrize with Spoooozzzzzzz :)
It all depends of the contract Spooz is having with 141 Capital. MC please add this question to this week's email:
"Dear Mr. Strickand,
Spooz is licencing SWARM for 141 Capital starting Q4 2007. It is my understanding that it will be paid in three payments of USD 500 000 starting this quarter (Q4 2007). Since this licence was "sold" this quarter even though the payments scheduled over 3 quarters, will your Financial manager register the 1 500 000 USD revenues for this quarter as it is supposed to be?"
For the rest of the board:
They will register the licence as 1.5 million USD revenues (of which 1 million to be paid in Q1 2008 and Q2 2008, these will be registered as receivables!)
Cash flow income is different than Revenues.
Point is the company will register revenues and profits in 2007 and it IS WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY UNDERVALUED AT THIS PPS!
