I kind of doubt the 4th qtr numbers will shake the market. The profit will mainly be due to the first $500K for 141 license. We will need much other news to get it going IMO. I think we will get it just not sure how soon and how much.
Regardless I agree NOW is the time to be buying. opps too late I already have.
