IF a question of insurance was "have you had any history of heart problems" and I answered no after being diagnosed pre-application? Then no, I am sure I wouldn't be covered.
If I had a heart attack and had NO HISTORY of any heart problems? Yes I am sure it would be covered.
But I see your point. Carolina refused to pay the SEC claims because the investigation was in progress and GTEM said there was none. That much is known. Will Carolina pay other claims? Who knows?
But what I am saying is that the verbage we see in the document says that they may rescind the entire policy in the face of other claims.
That is the fact of the matter.
Will it happen? Who knows. I'm sure that eventually we will see if it does.
