Remember traders, Do not expect that if the market is up at the open and stocks like the chinese are up, they will ultimately last. We were waiting until all the orders in premarket were filled and since we have CHINA as an earnings play we have an interest in the sector. All we saw was the typical sell short the spike high, look to pick up positions in CHINA puts (we'll straddle CHINA) and/or short CHINA and SOHU but short at every opportunity until Thursday. Gap ups and craps are the BEST shorting areas simply because the stock has just run un in what is called "an exhaustion rally" continuing the momentum from Friday's move.. Just like a runner during a long run or an express train, it takes a while to stop the momentum, it doesn't come to a dead stop.
