Hi ET, Value Line shows 40% AP for this week.

That would, if you use it as I was thinking, mean 40% invested, 60% cash reserve. Pretty bearish, but I know of another indicator that is giving a similar signal.

These levels would seem appropriate for individual stocks, not diversified mutual funds. With that other indicator, dividing the cash level by 1.5 to get the "fund" cssh reserve indication. It seems it would work here, too.
